“Reliable employer” accolade
Accolade for ZIEHL-ABEGG Hungary
For the second time in succession, the German-Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented ZIEHL-ABEGG Hungary with this prestigious corporate award.
This year, due to the Corona situation, the handover resp. announcement of the acknowledged award took place virtually. Gabriel A. Brennauer, Managing Director of DUIHK, announced this year’s winners at an online meeting of members.
STRINGENT REQUIREMENTS
In his speech, Gabriel A. Brennauer emphasized the stringent requirements that underly this award. As such, the applicants in seven areas of HR policy have to provide a detailed description of their operational practice as well as the principles and rules upon which they are based. These areas include, in particular, questions relating to remuneration, social benefits, health and working conditions, family-friendly working structure, training and staff development. The title of “Reliable Employer” also underlines the excellent and exemplary achievements of ZIEHL-ABEGG Hungary as an employer.
