Dr. Klaus Weiß

Dr. Klaus Weiß will be standing down from his position on the Board of ZIEHL-ABEGG with effect from 31.12.2021 in order to take retirement. Innovation knows no boundaries, that’s been the principle followed by Dr. Klaus Weiß who, as COO, has been responsible for production worldwide at ZIEHL-ABEGG since 2016. Under his leadership, the company has been able to take defining steps towards globalization and, thanks to his wealth of experience, record numerous ground-breaking entrepreneurial highlights.

Klaus Weiß sees his innovative projects as being in the best hands with his successor, the graduate industrial engineer Joachim Ley, who has held the post of Chief Operating Officer at ZIEHL-ABEGG since October 2021.

The Supervisory Board, the Members of the Executive Board and all the employees of ZIEHL-ABEGG would like to take this opportunity to thank Dr. Klaus Weiß for his tremendous commitment and his great achievements for the company and wish him all the very best for the new future that now lies ahead.
