To mark the opening of its doors, the Hannover Messe – the world’s largest industrial trade fair – hosted a joint visit by German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Indonesian Prime Minister Joko Widodo. For this year’s partner country, the event opens up new paths for constructive, economic cooperation between the two countries.
ZIEHL-ABEGG supplies “Ice Maker Fans” for Indonesia
At the ZIEHL-ABEGG booth at Hannover 2023, the “Ice Maker Fans” project has been a real eye-catcher, which Swabia’s Minister for Economic Affairs Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut made sure she didn’t miss out on. Since the project’s launch back in 2016, ZIEHL-ABEGG and its other partner companies have been working on the development of this smart AIREF cooling unit with the support of a number of associations and sponsors
The sustainable forward-looking project, which benefits Indonesia’s fishing industry, can produce the ice needed to cool the daily catch and is operated independently of the grid using just solar modules. This is made possible by the extremely energy-efficient ZAplus bionic axial fan system.
